We are deeply thankful for the care and support that the entire team provided for our Mother during some challenging times as her physical and mental condition declined. Our family is also grateful for the support you gave especially to me. I found the front office to be very responsive, answering questions with compassion and understanding, especially on the few times I needed to reach out after hours. The after hours RN that came in to evaluate my Mom was thorough, caring and developed a plan of care that was carried out. I apologize that I did not write down her name. Together with RN Sue we were able to adjust our Mom's plan of care as her condition changed. I appreciated her supporting the plan of care and communicating changes in the care and/or medications. Due to so many staffing changes, agency staff etc. I was grateful for the consistency of Sue and Isabel, my Mom's CNA. Sue and Isabel worked to help my Mom be the best that she could be and be comfortable and happy in these last few months of her life. They understood her need to be with people and worked hard to get her looking nice and with her new "friends.” My Mom also benefited tremendously from the pastoral care services. Chaplain Esi was exceptional in meeting my Mom's spiritual needs through prayer, music and just being with my Mom. In fact, the one day I was present I was so moved with the Scripture she shared from Isaiah 41 and the prayer that we used that experience as one of the Bible verses in her Celebration of Life Service. We both benefited from the support of Veronica SW. She would visit my Mom which she enjoyed each visit and I appreciated the check ins as we journeyed through her declining health changes and entering the end of life. Though my Mom didn't have too many massages, Rachel's presence and gentle manner brought her much comfort. Massage therapy can definitely be a beneficial support. With our deepest gratitude to the entire team during these difficult times.

Thank you for providing such good care for my family at this most difficult time. We appreciate your guidance through this experience.

Dear Jamie, It is hard to know where to start with writing words to thank you for the love and outstanding care you provided our mother. We are beyond grateful for all the time, effort, and nursing skills you tenderly provided over all the years. Hospice is such a wonderful concept and Angels Grace not only cares for it’s patients but their families as well. Thank you for the many phone calls and updates. They helped so much. Thank you for seeing her through to the end of her life. What a beautiful gift you provided for all. I will miss you and it goes without saying, I will miss my dear mother. Special thanks to you and Sharmaine for being at the memorial, you both warmed my heart. God bless you always.

Thank you so much for the beautiful Memorial Service you hosted in memory of those lost these past months. It was a perfect way to reflect a bit and to see their caretakers. You continue to honor those you cared for and it warms our hearts. Thank you again for the care and comfort of our parents.

I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to Angels Grace for the wonderful care you provided my father the last few weeks of his life. I would especially like to say thank you to the intake nurse, Scott, who was a tremendous support at just the right time in my dad's life. We also had a wonderful experience with Liz, Brandi and Monique, as they were so caring and truly angels for my dad, as well as my mom and me. I will forever be grateful to the team at Angels Grace for making the most difficult experience of my life bearable and most importantly, peaceful for my dad.

We can’t thank you enough for assistance for our mom. Ronda was her ongoing hospice nurse and we felts so lucky to have her.  She was the perfect fit because they were both just wonderfully nice people, soft-spoken and gentle souls.  Ronda always spoke so kindly and gently to her that fit her personality to a “t”.  Ronda is an amazing nurse and person.  She called every week, with a report which was always wonderful to receive because it gave us the professional opinion of Anna’s condition that we were so glad to know.  Ronda was always so prompt in responding to our needs and questions, and returned by call almost before I could put my phone down!  Staff members also spoke so highly of her.  There were other nurses or CNAs along the way, but I am sorry, I am not sure of all their names, all very nice.  Also, Kaylee was her CNA and also very pleasant.

Dear Joe, your reflection really touched our staff, and brought a lot of sharing!  We truly appreciate you taking the time for this and we have had a lot of positive feedback. Thanks from the Social Services Department and all the departments you reached!

When you came into mom’s life four months ago, we didn’t envision the magnitude of the care you would provide and what it would mean for her. A “thank you” doesn’t seem enough but were are so very appreciative, especially for Lisabeth and her extraordinary ability to provide compassionate and highly skilled care for mom as well as being a good listener in my times of need.  We also appreciate the spiritual guidance Kathy provided for mom and dad and reassurance for us all.  All the staff at Angels Grace was great, and the care you provided certainly took away some of our burden and let us focus on mom.  We will be forever thankful to Angels Grace.

Thank you so much for all the loving care extended to our mother/grandmother during her brief time in hospice.  It was greatly appreciated.

She would call me with an update and kind words. It was very reassuring to receive that call/message ever thanks for a job well done.  It was very reassuring to receive updates… it really makes a difference. Kathy the Social Worker was very helpful with information and checking in.

Dear nurses, forgive my not knowing (or remembering) all of your names, but I’m still a bit “muddled” in my brain.  Thank you so much for your tender and loving care for my aunt!  Thanks, too, for your kindness and encouragement to me!!

How do we thank you for all your support to help my mom enjoy the last days of her life?  Your help and all the support helped us so much.  The first nurse helped us so much, then our nurse was amazing for always being there for us until she passed. She was a blessing to us.
