In February 2014, Angels Grace Hospice honored our patient Robert with a Veterans Pinning Ceremony, to acknowledge his years of service in the United States Air Force. Robert learned topography in the Air Force and traveled all over, using his map-making skills. Robert received a veterans pin, as well as a certificate of thanks, which were presented to him by our hospice chaplain, Jeff Long. The pinning ceremony was attended by his family members, and everyone enjoyed hearing stories about his Air Force days.
